Chicago Circle Singing

  • Grace Place 637 South Dearborn Street Chicago, IL, 60605 United States (map)

Come join in community with other singers for an evening of improvisational singing and circle songs.

Led by Davin Youngs and The Possible, this gathering an opportunity for all experience levels to come together and find more freedom and playful expression in singing and voice. Using tools of improvisation championed by teachers like Bobby McFerrin and Rhiannon, singers will be expertly lead through a series of games and exercises to find a deeper connection within and with the collective. Once the group is "warmed-up," circle singing will be the conduit for fun and spontaneous song.

All voices are welcome.

No experience is necessary.

Smiles are guaranteed!

Suggested donation is $10 per person. Donations received for Chicago Circle Singing are given to Grace Place to pay for maintenance and custodial fees. Grace Place kindly donates their space for our use.
