I’ve spent years building a practice and career, guiding communities through immersive sound healing experiences, performing in major concert halls, and helping sound practitioners refine their offerings. Along the way, I’ve learned how to shape sound in a way that is grounded, ethical, creative, powerful, and deeply personal.

A bit of my story…
I offered my first sound bath at a yoga studio in Chicago in 2018, and it unlocked something in me. It wasn’t a “typical” sound bath — far from it. I used looping devices and improvisational singing as the central sonic element. I hadn’t seen anyone approach sound healing this way, but the few friends who attended reflected back to me that it was an outstanding, moving experience.
I had always known the voice to be a powerful tool for personal and collective growth, healing and transformation. But bringing it into the sound-healing space in this particular way was something I stumbled into — and it changed the entire trajectory of my work. Over the next few years, I honed my craft, studying with sound healers while also leaning deeply into experimentation and my own creative instincts.
Eventually, this exploration led me to create The RESET — a one-of-a-kind, immersive sound healing experience that has brought me to stages like Chicago’s Orchestra Hall, The Kennedy Center, Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, and Boettcher Concert Hall in Denver. What began as a creative spark has grown into an unexpected and exhilarating career at the forefront of a rapidly expanding healing art form.
Through it all, the center of my growth has been the decision to trust my own creative expression as the deepest form of service.
This practice — using sound as a catalyst for personal and collective transformation — sits at the heart of my work. And it’s what I continue to bring into new, unexpected spaces around the world.
